DELIVERY


We will keep postage and packing to a minimum wherever possible. Your order will be wrapped safe and securely to avoid damage on route to you. Pulse Point Oils will despatch your order within 1-2 business days of payment being cleared, unless otherwise advised or requested. To keep costs down your parcel will normally go 2nd class, unless another service has been requested. If an order is over £50 it will go registered post signed for and tracked for your peace of mind.


PAYMENT METHODS


Payment can be made by debit or credit card and Paypal in the checkout section of the shop.


YOUR SECURITY


No data will be stored other than your name, email address and postal address which will not be used by anyone else other than ourselves for the purpose of order processing and if you have signed up to our newsletters for updates on new products and special offers, sent once or twice a year.

REFUND POLICY


If there is a problem with your order or any aspect of the ordering process, please drop us an email explaining what has happened and we will try and rectify the problem as soon as possible.

 

We will refund the purchase price of the product, or replace it, if it is found to be defective in any way. Please let us know right away if you have any concerns. Due to personal nature of our products, we are sorry that we cannot exchange them. To help you choose the best products, we list every ingredient clearly in the item listing. Please let us know if you have any concerns or questions about any ingredient. Your products should arrive in perfect condition.
